Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe Nov. 21 (UPI) -- Firefighters in Ohio shared video of an unusual rescue involving a deer that became stuck under a vehicle and ended up losing an antler. The Cincinnati Fire Department said the Heavy Rescue 9 team was summoned to a road where a deer had been struck by a utility van and ended up stuck under the vehicle. Advertisement The rescuers had to saw through one of the buck's antlers to allow it to climb out from under the van. The deer did not appear to be injured and was able to trot away. "Helping others is near and DEER to us. Heavy Rescue 9 went to work last night to help a stuck buck!" the department wrote.
