Nov. 9 (UPI) -- A Massachusetts man won a $100,000 lottery prize by using the jersey numbers from his favorite Boston Red Sox players.

Jim Aylward Jr., of Templeton, told Massachusetts State Lottery officials he picked his numbers for Monday night's Mass Cash drawing by looking at the jersey numbers of key players from the Red Sox's 2018 world championship winning team.
