Florida motorcyclist caught doing dangerous stunts on camera

Nov. 6 (UPI) -- Police in Florida said a motorcyclist caught on video doing wheelies and other tricks on a busy road is breaking the law and could face a citation.

The viral footage shows a motorcyclist doing wheelies and other dangerous tricks Sunday on U.S. 41 in Cape Coral.

The filmer said the biker was performing the reckless stunts for 10 minutes.

The Cape Coral Police Department said the behavior in the video would warrant a reckless driving citation if the biker is identified.

The Governors Highway Safety Association's data for 2017, the most recent year available, shows Florida leading the nation in fatal crashes involving motorcycles.
