Animal Control officers responded and placed a wooden pallet inside the dumpster in such a way that allowed the raccoons to climb out.
The mother and her babies were last seen walking off to "find a quiet place to sleep off their full stomachs."
Animal Control urged local business owners to keep their dumpsters closed to prevent "food loving critters from getting trapped inside."
