Forklift driver gives man a lift through flood

June 25 (UPI) -- A helpful Russian forklift driver used his skills to come to the rescue of a man who found himself unable to reach his car door due to a flood.

A video filmed after heavy rains in Perm shows the forklift driver giving the man a ride on a wooden pallet so he wouldn't have to wade through floodwaters to reach his car door.

The man successfully gets into his car while keeping his shoes dry.

"There was a strong rain and the streets were full of water, you could not walk on foot without getting wet. Because my friend is the driver of the forklift, he was able to successfully transport a person to his car without getting wet. Luxury service," the filmer wrote.
