"Go to 538," a voice told her in the dream.
The woman said she decided to use the numbers to play Racetrax, the Maryland Lottery's virtual horse-racing game.
She said she did a little math to come up with her fourth number, a 7.
"I added the 5 and 3, which is 8, plus 8 is 16, and 1 plus 6 equals 7," the lucky grandmother said.
The winner said she bought her tickets at Common Brook Liquors and later awoke for her night shift as a nurse at a Baltimore hospital and checked the results. One of the races she played featured a horse that galloped to a 5-3-8-7 finish, earning her wins on a Trifecta and Superfecta bets.
The $32,655 wasn't the woman's first lucky Racetrax win -- she previously won $41,715 in November 2017 and $125,244 in February of this year.
