The 15,000-square-foot duplex at the Atelier condominium complex, which has an asking price that's more than double the record for the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood in Manhattan, comes with two $250,000 seats on a Virgin Galactic flight to space. Daniel Neiditch, the owner of the penthouse and brokerage firm River 2 River Realty, which is handling the listing, said the offering allows a buyer to quickly upgrade to a lavish lifestyle. "Someone not from New York can [move here and] have a New Yorker's lifestyle and point of view," Neiditch told the New York Post. "In a way, I'm offering my lifestyle. I'm offering a way for a foreigner to jump right in."
