Wisconsin police probing theft of front yard goat statues

By
Ben Hooper

May 9 (UPI) -- A Wisconsin police department shared security camera footage from the theft of two highly unusual items -- a pair of goat statues.

The Village of East Troy Police Department posted a video to Facebook showing the footage recorded in the early morning hours of May 3 by a home's outdoor security camera.

The footage shows a person get out of a car with their face hidden and take two "lawn ornaments" from next to the house's front porch.

Police said in a comment on the post that the ornaments were a pair of goat statues.
