A video filmed in Sioux City by YouTuber DaksDominos shows the inventor triggering the Rube Goldberg-esque chain-reaction machine by placing a ping pong ball on a ramp. Advertisement The ball sets off a series of impractical chain reactions that end with some clear tape being unspooled. The inventor said it took two months of setup and 188 tries for the machine to fulfill its intended function.
