Troopers found the pot on the street outside the man's home and located Leahman G.R. Potter, 48, at his residence a short time later.

Potter was arrested on charges of burglary, trespass and theft. Police said he was also wanted on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

He was booked into the Luzerne County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail.
