Herd of deer obeys stop sign in Canada

Feb. 26 (UPI) -- A surprised driver in Canada captured video of a polite herd of deer following the rules of the road and pausing at a stop sign.

The video, recorded Feb. 17, shows a herd of deer walking down the road in Fernie, British Columbia, and pausing when they come across a stop sign.

The deer in front of the herd looks both ways for vehicles before leading its comrades across the street.

''Spotted a herd of deer on my way out of my parking lot so I stopped to take a couple pictures," the filmer wrote. ''Had to carry on to work, turned around a little further down the road at the perfect moment to witness this.''
