Feb. 14 (UPI) -- A Swiss skier competing in the Pyeongchang 2018 Olympic Winter Games posted a video showing him performing a different sort of athletic feat with an escalator.

Fabian Boesch, who is participating in his second Olympics, posted a video to Instagram showing him taking on an escalator in South Korea.

"After 20 years I still couldn't figure out how these things work! Am I doing it right?" Boesch wrote.

The video shows Boesch walk up next to an upward-moving escalator and place his hand on the moving handrail.

Boesch remains in the standing upright position as the handrail lifts him off the ground and carries him to the next level, where he climbs the rest of the way up.
