Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe Jan. 30 (UPI) -- Building toy giant Lego marked its 60th anniversary by constructing a 10-foot-tall version of a Lego brick from 133,000 smaller Lego bricks. The company posted a time-lapse video to YouTube showing "Master Builders" at Lego's U.S. headquarters in Enfield, Conn., using 133,000 Lego bricks to build a massive version of its classic "2x4" Lego brick. Advertisement The brick, which weighs 1,200 pounds, took about 350 hours to build, Lego said. The project was created for display in New York City's Flatiron District.
