Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe Jan. 26 (UPI) -- A New York state police department shared video of a herd of escaped goats thanking officers by giving their patrol vehicle a free car wash. The Webster Police Department posted a video to Facebook showing the eight goats licking the accumulated salt from the bumper of a patrol vehicle. Advertisement "Free car wash," the officer filming the video quips. The department said officers responded to a report of a goat that wandered into the road and discovered the goat and seven of his colleagues had escaped from their enclosure at a nearby property. The herd was returned to their home, police said.
