Jan. 25 (UPI) -- Authorities in Florida are preparing to auction off a former developer's belongings -- including stripper poles and a velociraptor statue.

The Miami-Dade County Sheriff's Office is hosting an auction for the contents of two Star Island mansions that formerly belonged to Thomas Kramer to pay off his debt from a lawsuit brought by the heirs of his deceased father-in-law, Siegfried Otto.

The items, which are all being sold as a single lot in the Feb. 14 auction, include two stripper poles on the 14-seat dining room table and statues including a velociraptor, a rhinoceros, a mermaid and the titular monsters from the Alien and Predator films.

The lot also includes a coffin, a king-size bed with chrome rings on its corner posts for sexual bondage play and a golf cart.

A 2011 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck is being auctioned separately.

Otto's heirs sued Kramer, alleging he was loaned millions of dollars to invest in South Beach real estate and he never paid his then-father-in-law back. Kramer claimed the money was a gift, not a loan, but he ultimately lost the case.

Kramer, who now lives in Switzerland, said he was not bothered by the auction.

"I closed the chapter Star Island and all the clutter connected with it in 2012 when I lost my court case in Switzerland!" Kramer wrote in an email to the Miami Herald. "To get to the point: I live a much easier, less complicated life -- less alcohol."
