The items, which are all being sold as a single lot in the Feb. 14 auction, include two stripper poles on the 14-seat dining room table and statues including a velociraptor, a rhinoceros, a mermaid and the titular monsters from the Alien and Predator films.
The lot also includes a coffin, a king-size bed with chrome rings on its corner posts for sexual bondage play and a golf cart.
A 2011 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck is being auctioned separately.

Kramer, who now lives in Switzerland, said he was not bothered by the auction.
"I closed the chapter Star Island and all the clutter connected with it in 2012 when I lost my court case in Switzerland!" Kramer wrote in an email to the Miami Herald. "To get to the point: I live a much easier, less complicated life -- less alcohol."
