The passenger said she and other visitors were taking Monorail Red to Epcot on Saturday when a door failed to latch at the Transportation and Ticket Center. "The passengers in the car were all adults with the exception of two young children riding on parents' laps. Several of the people in the car took charge, reminding everyone that we were unharmed and that if nobody moved and we were calm we would reach the station safely," the woman told WESH-TV. The woman said passengers told Disney employees about the door after the train stopped. "They scolded us for not using the emergency phone," the rider told WKMG-TV. "We weren't aware it was there." A Disney spokeswoman said the train was taken out of service for repairs and new security features are being implemented to prevent future incidents.
