Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe Jan. 9 (UPI) -- A pair of men who won a refrigerator at a raffle in Thailand were faced with the problem of carrying it home on the back of a motorcycle. The men, Thammarat Thumphat and Ritti Kiatmongkol, were filmed on a road in Sisaket riding the motorcycle while balancing the purple refrigerator they had won earlier in the evening. Advertisement Friends of the men explained they had been at a Red Cross foundation party Thursday evening and had bought raffle tickets for a mystery prize that turned out to be the big purple fridge. The men initially tried to take it home in a taxi, but ended up balancing it on their motorbike when they found it wouldn't fit in the car. The men's friends confirmed they -- and the fridge -- made it home safely.
