Fishermen encounter massive great white shark the size of their boat

Jan. 3 (UPI) -- A father and son out fishing off the Australian coast captured video of their encounter with a massive great white shark estimated to be 20 feet long.

Matt Robertson posted a video to Facebook showing the gargantuan great white shark he and his father encountered while they were fishing about a mile off the coast of Semaphore, South Australia.

Robertson wrote the shark was "bigger then the boat we're on!!"

The video shows Robertson filming the shark and expressing his shock at its massive size as it swims around the boat.

The shark eventually swims under the boat and pulls on the men's nets.

"So glad I didn't get in the water before," Robertson says.
