The video, filmed in Binh Dai, Ben Tre, shows the man working to warm the baby dog and get its heart to restart after pulling it out of the cold water. Hope is restored, however, when a few more moments of intense rubbing causes the puppy to regain consciousness and begin breathing and wimpering. "When I was fishing, I spotted [the puppy] drowning, then I rescued the dog and he's now recovered and is very healthy," the man wrote.
