Leif Gisslen said he was walking through the town of Vindo, in Stockholm County, in the morning of Dec. 6 when he came across the distressed moose. Advertisement Gisslen said the moose's attempts to free itself just seemed to be making its situation worse. He said he went to a neighbor's house and borrowed a saw, which the video shows him use to free the moose, which Gisslen estimated to be about two years old.
