A video filmed Tuesday in Lopburi shows hundreds of monkeys running around a street, causing traffic to halt and amassing a crowd of onlookers. Advertisement The filmer said the monkeys live at the nearby Phra Prang Sam Yod temple, which is also known as the Monkey Temple in honor of its simian inhabitants. "It was Thai father's day and they celebrate with fireworks, so the monkeys were frightened by sound," the filmer wrote.
