Hans Nilsson, who first captured video of the unusual creature earlier this year, recorded a video Thursday showing the white moose -- known as an elk in Sweden -- munching on branches in a forest area of western Varmland. Advertisement The moose is believed to receive its coloration from a genetic trait rather than being albino. Nilsson said the moose's life was endangered after an encounter with a woman and her dogs left the women with a dislocated shoulder, but officials eventually decided not to have the animal shot.
