Scott Froschauer, whose "Word on the Street" installation is backed by the Glendale Library, Arts and Culture Department, created 20 messages in the style of road signs and posted them around the city of Glendale. "The main visual language in street signs is traditionally negative," Froschauer told the Los Angeles Times.
