Nov. 6 (UPI) -- An Australian real estate agent said his open house had an excellent turnout -- including one koala caught on camera inspecting the property.
Stuart Costello of Magain Real Estate posted a video to Facebook showing the koala touring the Belair, South Australia, near the end of an open house event Saturday.
"Good turn out at my Belair open today -- including this legend," Costello wrote.
Costello said the open house had been animal-free until the wild koala dropped by.
"It was towards the end and he was standing on the back balcony -- he wandered up through the backyard, through the carport, to the front yard where he stopped for a bit and then headed up a tree," Costello told The Advertiser newspaper.
"It was spot on timing. It is what you go to Belair for -- the nature, and it was nice way to see what you get first-hand," he said.
Costello said the open house guest didn't make an offer on the home because "he wasn't Koalified to make one."
