Pigs 'hogging space in the kennel' after New Jersey capture

Oct. 27 (UPI) -- Police in Pennsylvania said a pair of pigs are "hogging space in the kennel" after officers were called to wrangle the loose swine.

The Cheltenham Township Police Department said officers rounded up a pair of loose pigs Thursday in Elkins Park.

"Anyone lose a pair of pigs in Elkins Park? These two are currently guests of the Township and are 'hogging' space in the kennel," police wrote.

They encouraged the owner of the porcine runaways to contact police with "proof of pig ownership."
