Fast food eatery offering bug-topped burger for Halloween

Oct. 26 (UPI) -- An Australian fast food eatery is celebrating Halloween with a particularly spooky offering -- a burger featuring ants, mealworms and a blue bun.

Fast food chain Huxtaburger announced on its Facebook page that the Melbourne City Center location will be offering a special "Bugstaburger" for one day only on Halloween.

The restaurant said in a Facebook post that the Bugstaburger contains roasted mealworms, is topped by ant mayonnaise and features a blue bun.

The post said all Huxaburger locations will be offering the blue buns, but only the one location will serve up the insect sandwiches.

"Do you have the balls to take the plunge?" the post asked. "Tag your mates and DARE them to try it... we did!"
