Oct. 24 (UPI) -- A wildlife trapper was summoned to a Florida construction site when workers discovered the unusual cause of a clogged pipe: a 5-foot alligator.

The Martin County Sheriff's Office posted a video to Facebook showing the trapper removing the alligator with help from workers at the construction site in Indiantown.

The sheriff's office said the crew found the alligator clogging a large underground pipe about 11 a.m. Monday and notified the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, which in turn contacted the local trapper.

"No one was injured, and the interruption was minimal," the sheriff's office said.
