Meredith later discovered one of the tickets won the $100,000 top prize.
"I couldn't believe what I was seeing," she said. "I had to go get another pair of glasses!"
Meredith collected her winnings Monday at Minnesota Lottery headquarters.
She said the winning ticket was "hands down -- the best birthday gift ever!"
