Mills posted a photo and a video of the bird to Facebook and emailed the San Antonio Zoo to confirm the bird's identity.

"You are correct in it being a White neck raven, which we did have escape out of its enclosure yesterday [Tuesday]," a manager at the zoo said in an email Mills shared with WOAI-TV. "Unfortunately, with the high winds we lost visual on the bird and were unable to relocate it before the end of the day."
