A video recorded Tuesday on the M1 highway between Junctions 15 and 14 -- near Milton Keynes, England -- shows a long line of stopped cars filling the southbound lanes of the road, while the northbound lanes are abandoned. Advertisement The video shows bored travelers passing the time by playing a game of soccer in the empty northbound lanes. Thames Valley Police said the road was shut down for several hours due to a suspicious object found under a bridge. Investigators eventually determined the object was not explosive, but appeared to be "some form of chemical" in nature.
