Bryan Robinson of Snake Catchers Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan & Gold Coast posted a photo to Facebook showing the eastern brown snake, one of the deadliest species of venomous snake, camped out in an underwear drawer at a home in the Gap area of Brisbane. Robinson said the resident originally spotted the snake in a more conventional location, the window sill, but the serpent migrated to the undie drawer by the time the catcher showed up on the scene. Robinson said this time of year is the busiest for reptile catchers in the area. "People are finding them in cars, fridges, washing machines. We're taking about 30 inquiries a day at the moment," he told Westside News.
