Sept. 12 (UPI) -- A 19-year-old Olympic skier from Switzerland showed off his intense parkour training regimen.

Andri Ragettli, 19, shared video of himself running and leaping around a gym to prepare for the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea.

"Road to Olympics!" Ragettli wrote.

He bounced off exercise balls, walked across tight ropes and flipped off trampolines in the amazing exercise routine.

Ragettli's workout ended with an athletic bounce off the wall and an impressive sequence of flips.

The Swiss slopestyle skier showed off a similar workout video last year and encouraged his Twitter followers to tag friends they thought could complete the regimen.
