Aug. 15 (UPI) -- A passenger in a safari vehicle traveling through a South African park captured video of a lion chasing after the vehicle and attacking its spare tire.
The video, filmed earlier in the summer at Natal Lion Park, shows the vehicle traveling down a road inside the park with a lion in hot pursuit.
The vehicle slows, allowing the lion to get close enough to jump on the back and bite down on the spare tire.
The lion holds onto the tire as the vehicle continues to move slowly.
