Drew Taylor, who runs Texas marketing company Hill Country Visitor, posted a photo to Facebook showing the calf, which bears markings on its face that strongly resemble Simmons' makeup while in his KISS stage persona, The Demon. "I didn't realize how uncanny the comparison was until a friend put the two pictures side by side," Taylor told The Huffington Post. "I said, 'Can I have that picture? Can I use it?'" The calf has come to the attention of Simmons, who tweeted out a link to a story about the calf along with the comment: "This is real, folks!!!" Taylor said Genie's owners have decided she will become a mascot for the steakhouse instead of someone's meal. "She's too cute a calf," he said.
