Simon McGarr tweeted a video showing the seal in Howth Harbor showing off its friendliness after being tossed some fish scraps. Advertisement The video shows the seal receiving the scraps thrown by a man from shore and then waving in gratitude. The man throwing the scraps told McGarr that the seal had previously suffered a head injury from a boat collision, but it made a full recovery.
