Rainbow filmed from crane forms full circle over Russia

July 26 (UPI) -- A crane operator helping to build a Russian skyscraper captured video of a rare phenomenon -- a rainbow formed into a full circle.

The video, posted to the official YouTube page for the Lakhta Center skyscraper in St. Petersburg, shows the video from a crane high up in the air during rainfall last week in the city.

The camera pans back and forth, showing the rainbow below has formed into a complete circle.

The skyscraper is planned to reach heights of 1,509 when it is completed.
