Elderly woman impresses onlookers on monkey bars

July 25 (UPI) -- An elderly woman in China showed that age isn't everything when she expertly took on a set of playground monkey bars.

The video, filmed at an unknown location in China and posted Saturday on Shangailist's Facebook page, shows the woman standing on a small shopping cart to reach the monkey bars at a playground.

The woman spits on each hand for grip before grabbing hold of the bars and swinging.

The elderly woman's athletic prowess earns the approval of astonished onlookers at the playground.
