By Ben Hooper

July 24 (UPI) -- Police said an Ohio student seen in a viral video using his parkour skills to evade police by climbing and jumping between rooftops was arrested moments later.

Will Pyron posted a series of videos to Facebook and Twitter showing the man, identified by police as Skyler Smart, 23, scaling a wall to the roof of Stephen's Bar in Athens.

The videos, filmed from the bar's patio, show Smart walking across a narrow beam, climbing a tree, going back to the bar's roof, and leaping to the roof of a house located next to the bar.

Police and firefighters show up on the scene and the video ends after Smart jumps back to the bar's roof and vanishes.

"The male then jumps back onto the roof of Stephens which is the last time the male can be seen in the video," Lt. Holter of the Athens Police Department told The Athens News. "After checking the roof it was discovered that the male slid down a downspout on the backside of Stephens causing damage to the downspout as well as gas meter."
