The video, filmed from a dock on White Bear Lake, was filmed by two young brothers, ages 13 and 10, when they spotted the muskrat being carried underwater by the "freaking huge" fish. The video ends with one of the brothers telling the other to "grab the net," but it is unclear whether they were able to catch the large fish and free the muskrat.
