July 17 (UPI) -- A California sheriff's office shared video of a "tough as nails" coroner losing her composure when dealing with an unusual corpse -- a snake.

The Solano County Sheriff's Office posted a video to Facebook showing Deputy Coroner Amy Thurau struggling to force herself to lift a dead snake out of a road.

"Come on," a filming colleague says as Thurau struggles to force herself to pick up the snake. "Come on, you're a coroner!"

Thurau is eventually successful at picking up the snake and tossing it to the side of the road.

"Yesterday, our very own Deputy Coroner, Amy Thurau, who for the record is usually hard as nails and resilient to ANY critical incident, devastating crime scene or catastrophe, cleared a LARGE deceased snake from a county roadway....well?.... We found ONE thing Deputy Thurau is not so comfortable with...snakes!" the Facebook post said.
