A video filmed by Loren Ruark this month shows a man escaping from the heat by floating the Willamette River in an inner tube. Advertisement The man hits some turbulent rapids, which send him tumbling out of the tube. The man's entire body ends up underwater -- except for one arm, which holds his beer out of the water. The rapids-riding man is able to climb back into the tube without spilling his beverage and victoriously sips his beer as he continues to float.
