Dangerous motor scooter rider uses both hands to play with phone

June 29 (UPI) -- A traveler on a Chinese road captured video of a man on a motor scooter brazenly flouting safety measures by using both hands to use his phone.

The video, filmed earlier this month, shows the man traveling at a high speed down a road in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province.

The man, who is not wearing a helmet, focuses his attention on his phone, which he operates with both hands while keeping the handlebars steady between his legs.

A woman filmed recently riding a motor scooter in Changsha, Hunan Province, raised safety concerns of a different sort when she was seen lying on her stomach atop a stack of collapsed cardboard boxes, leaving her legs danging from the rear of the vehicle.
