June 26 (UPI) -- A weatherman in Ireland was nearly blown away by a gust of wind during a live television report.

TV3 weatherman Deric O h'Artagain shared video of himself holding a large yellow umbrella during a live weather update when the umbrella caught a gust of wind and carried him off camera.

"Mother nature wins once again!" O h'Artagain wrote. "Nothing like a good Irish summer to get you into the mood ahead of the weekend."

The video feed cut back to the studio for a look at cohosts Sinead Desmond and Mark Cagney laughing at the weatherman as he attempted to recover from the powerful rush of wind.

"He's recovering! He's ok!" Desmond said.

O h'Artagain attempted to maintain his composure and reassemble the umbrella, but eventually began to burst out laughing as well.

"Don't mess with mother nature," Cagney said as the segment came to a close.
