Alaska man finds massive bear trapped inside garbage bin

June 8 (UPI) -- An Alaska man shared video of what he found when he lifted the lid of a closed garbage container -- a large bear trapped inside.

The video posted to YouTube shows the man lift the lid of the dumpster Tuesday in Anchorage and stare down the bear inside.

"Hey guy," the man says, before slamming the lid as the bear lunges toward the opening.

"When you encounter a non-bear proof dumpster. This is the result you get in Alaska," the caption said.
