The auction includes the 125-year-old Aladdin store, Cindy B's Cafe, a motel, a post office, a liquor store with a liquor license, a gas station, and about $160,000 worth of commercial inventory.
Jurisch said each piece of property can be purchased individually or as a full package bundle.
"It doesn't matter where you start out, it's where you end up, with auction we set no top limit," Jurisch told KNBN-TV.
Rick Brangle, the current property owner, said the town has become a stop for tourists and bikers during the yearly Sturgis Bike Rally. He said the Aladdin store has brought in more than $1 million in revenue during the past 10 years.
"We are getting a little long in the tooth so we decided to put it up for auction," Brangle said. "I would definitely like to see it stay the way it is."
