Camels block traffic with mid-road amorous encounter

May 31 (UPI) -- A pair of camels stopped traffic in the United Arab Emirates when they chose a Dubai roadway as the setting for a romantic encounter.

A video filmed by a Northern Ireland man living in Dubai shows cars stopped to observe the camels as they engage in a sexual tryst in the road.

The footage was filmed on the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road between Dubai and Ras Al-Khaimah.

The filmer said its not uncommon to spot camels in the area, but it was highly unusual to see a pair mating in the road.
