May 17 (UPI) -- Police in Ontario are searching for a "clumsy shoplifting suspect" caught on camera crashing a shopping cart full of pilfered items in a Walmart parking lot.
The Ontario Provincial Police, West Division, tweeted a video of the woman running out of the Walmart store in Fergus while pushing a shopping cart filled with $651.55 worth of items that were not properly purchased.
The video shows the woman, who is being pursued by a Walmart employee, crash the cart on a curb, causing it to overturn and the woman to fall to the ground.
The woman gets up and flees the scene while the Walmart worker recovers the items.
Police said the footage was filmed April 26. They said workers at the store recognized the woman from an earlier shoplifting incident when more than $2,500 worth of merchandise was stolen.
Investigators said the woman was accompanied by two men and three other women on both occasions.
