Alexandria police shared photos of the fake registration stickers made from cutout flyers advertising sales and a wrapper for "cracked pepper sharp cheese." Advertisement "We can't even file this under the 'A for effort' category," the police department said. Police said the woman could face fines up to $2,400. Her car was towed and impounded until she was able to acquire the proper registration. "Driving an uninspected or unregistered vehicle is a violation level offense and punishable by a small set fine," police said. The driver was also charged with operating after suspension and driving without proof of insurance.
