March 28 (UPI) -- An Ohio high schooler used his senior photos as an opportunity to celebrate one his greatest loves: soft drink Big Red.

Eric Willford, a student at Bishop Ready High School in Columbus, said his love of Big Red came when he and his friends saw a 2-liter bottle of the soda at a gas station for 99 cents, and his first drink left him craving further helpings.

"Big Red goes terrific with a tangy BBQ, but I would take a cold Big Red soda with every meal," Willford told KABB-TV.

Willford paid the ultimate tribute to his preferred beverage by giving it a prominent place in his senior photos.

He said he had a few photos snapped without the drink, but "these are my favorite and really encapsulate my senior year."
